Doral Hyundai Service

I’m leaving a 2-star review only because the service technician who came out and apologized for the delay was very professional—I believe his name was Orlando. If it wasn’t for him, this would’ve easily been a 1-star experience. I arrived on time at 12:30 PM for my 12:30 appointment, yet I waited over an hour before anyone even got to my car. After patiently waiting that entire time, I asked Pedro why it was taking so long. Instead of answering me, he completely ignored me and told someone else to respond, which was extremely disrespectful. To make matters worse, a young employee who wasn’t even in uniform came over and said something along the lines of, “Hey bro, I get that question all the time in my 8 months working here and I have no idea.” That response alone says a lot about the or

I had a very good overall experience at Hyundai. Everyone was kind, attentive, and very hands-on throughout the service process. They even washed my car, which I really appreciated. There was a small inconvenience because the service took longer than originally promised, and I wasn’t able to reach my service advisor for an update. However, when I arrived and had to arrange my own Uber, they acknowledged the delay and kindly offered a discount for the inconvenience. I truly appreciated how they handled the situation and their willingness to make it right. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.

I have relied on Doral Hyundai as the sole service provider for my 2022 Santa Fe since I purchased it new from them. The maintenance department is professional and is well organized with processing the flow of vehicles for service and repairs. Juan Castillo is my excellent service representative who always keeps me informed of the work in progress and the timing of same. The customer waiting area is relatively comfortable and easy to settle into during your car's service. Thank you to Juan and to Doral Hyundai and I look forward to our continued service relationship.

Took my car for a diagnosis of a rumbling noise. Dropped my car off at 745 am. The entire day went by with no call, no text no update. I called at 5pm to find out a status and after 30 minutes on hold was told car was still being inspected which was a flat out lie. Was told i would get a call before they closed at 7 to get an update. No call. No nothing. I have no idea what they did if anything and no status. No loaner no nothing. Terrible. Worst service department in America. Loss and waste of a day

Waited 1 1/2 hours for oil & tire rotation. As dealers go this is not bad. Service personel were very friendly. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because vehicle was not put through car wash. They are suppose to do that as part of service.
