We’ve been loyal customers of this service center since purchasing our 2022 Kia Telluride here, ensuring all our maintenance was done through them. Unfortunately, our recent experiences have been deeply disappointing. When our check engine light came on, the Kia app provided a diagnosis, but every time we brought the car in, the service center claimed the issue was something else—conveniently never covered under warranty. This pattern has been frustrating and concerning. Most recently, we were told our vehicle had issues due to "bad gas," despite always using high-quality fuel from reputable stations.
