Something happened today that made me very angry about this place. The manager of this place is totally arrogant and does everything he can to take your money. Every time I leave my car to change the engine oil he calls me 30 minutes later pushing me with problems that don't exist in the car and charging me absurdly expensive amounts. Today I went to leave my car there once again, believe I had already taken my car there 6 or 7 times and I was always charged a specific amount, something around 36 and 41$ even because my car is not new and before of them change they never ask what kind of oil I would like to put in our car. PRICE GOUGERS!!! I brought my vehicle to this store to get some preventative maintenance done; new brakes only no rotors; transmission flush and replace filter and gasket. Just to let you know, I have a cost engineering background. I know how to analyze detailed costs to see if I am paying a fair price. I received an estimate to sign and give approval for the work. There was no detailed breakdown. I thought the price was high but went ahead with the work BECAUSE IT WAS MARKED AS AN ESTIMATE. Once done I received my receipt and went home.
