I got rear ended on the highway on 5/10/22. I contacted my insurance as soon as possible and I was able to get my car into this shop on 5/18/22. Today is 6/18/22 and I have picked up my car. I can say I am pleased with the repair and with Franks customer service. This repair could’ve have been quicker however, I do understand that due to COVID , inflation and supply chain shortages it took a month to get my car back.

Even the Young staff are knowledgeable kind and always prompt. Absolutely nothing to complain about from the Second you walk in, DTCC is lucky to have a manager like Joe Garcia. I respectfully mentioned a couple of minor issues I had and he reacted immediately in a way beyond my expectations. Ty!
