Worst customer service ever
Lack of personal. Bad customer service. I tried to make an appointment online, left a voicemail and no one responded. I made online and I wasn't in the list. Then, no shuttle to take home after 4 pm. I do not recommend the place. Kendall toyota has friendly staff and happy to help.
Gerardo in Service. Awesome. Knowledgeable, when it matters. I go back cause of his attitude, and professionalism. Should be EMLPOYEE OF THE MONTH OVER THERE
Can't search for parts for car older than 3 most recent years online, chat person says they will help but then says she has no information, after avoiding answering the question for several minutes. I'd go elsewhere.
Poor customer service. If you call is like you're calling a Caribbean bar at night. I just don't have the confidence to take my car for service there.
