Doral Volkswagen Service Department

I took my vehicle for the 20000-mile service. It was fast and reliable, and the experience was good. A couple of suggestions to make the service better, not really complains cause I think they did a good job: 1) it would be nice to receive a brief verbal report on the central issues found and solved during service; 2) I was expecting to fix some recall stuff, as confirmed during my appointment call, but I now have to wait some more weeks; 3) somebody washed my vehicle, I appreciate it, but the interior and wheels were not so clean; 4) a little more assertive communication may be nice.

Kristopher Castropalomino in VW Service is THE BEST Service Advisor EVER! He is very professional, answers my calls and gets things done! Thank you for all that you do Kris!

Fast service since you come in to the end. Nice space to wait with good coffee! Assistant provides you w his e mail or phone in case you need him.

Pablo has been an incredible service advisor from day one. Even though my Volkswagen has had multiple issues despite only having 17,000 miles, he has always been available to help with every recall, question, and concern. He consistently goes above and beyond, and his support has made a frustrating situation so much easier. Pablo truly deserves recognition for his outstanding service. Keep up the great work, Pablo!

Doral Volkswagen’s service department has been great. They’re efficient, quick to respond, and really make you feel taken care of. Rui in service and Arelis Bravo in sales were both amazing, they handled everything I needed, gave me a courtesy car, and walked me through what was going on with my Tiguan.
