HORRIBLE substandard parts, both my control arm/ ball joint assemblies have failed... hundreds in parts and the labor to install them between the two was about $900 before tax! Doorman warranty? Terrible...never again. Don't take the safety risk.. ball joints shouldn't fail less than a year after installation, my original Ford motorcraft ones lasted 200k before they needed replaced, these barely made it 20k miles

This place is okay but when you get your BOLs truckers make you get your master manifest cause this place only gave bills for other drops n don't let u check them but quick for u to sign them and they unload slow

I have purchased Dorman parts for my 1998 Toyota Sienna from Amazon. Door handles a few years ago and they're doing well and recently a driver's door outside mirror which fit well but has significant issues with vibration. On the highway the vibration pretty much makes the view a blur. Other than that, the mirror works well. The OEM mirror never vibrated and the view was always clear.

I contacted Dorman about a drive shaft issue for my 2016 Dodge Challenger. It's my second drive shaft from them. Hopefully it holds up. The first one bolts came loose. One came out on the center carrier bearing. They just requested I go through AutoZone when it's their part. Not very happy. Glad I was close to home when this came loose. The bolts that I put in and torqued down on each end one was the transmission. One was the rear end housing. They were fine and kept their torque factory ones in the middle. All were loose.
