Dorsa’s Smog Test & Auto Registration Star Smog Check Station

I had a great experience at Dorsa Smog Shop in Temecula. The staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient. I was in and out quickly, and they explained everything clearly without trying to upsell or rush me. The shop was clean, organized, and easy to find. Pricing was fair and the service was stress free exactly what you want when getting a smog check. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Dorsa Smog Shop to friends and family.

Literally the best. Makes the DMV seem like a dystopian movie. These two are so friendly and helpful here. Please give em a shot: you won't be disappointed.

The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. His communication style was unhelpful dismissive, even greater concern the mad remarks and exhibited an attitude and behavior that I perceived as deeply disrespectful and potentially discriminatory, specifically in relation to national origin. This type of behavior is entirely unacceptable and gose against the fundamental principles of respect.

I’ve been coming here for about seven years now to get all my cars smogged, furthermore, I used to recommend people to this place. I considered myself a loyal customer until I realized the type of people that run the establishment. I was at the DMV getting my drivers license renewed, and they asked for 2 documents showing proof of residence. I only had the digital versions which they would not take. I went to Dorsa’s Smog to see if they would help me print these documents, I offered to pay of course. The lady that was there told me she would help me, but she would charge me $5 PER PAGE, I am sure she did that because she realized I was in a pinch.
