I came to the dealership and was greeted by Mike. He was welcoming and very easy to work with. We spoke about the vehicle I was interested in. Shared some banter about percentages to take off the sticker price, and settled on an amazing deal for an amazing vehicle. Would highly recommended the staff and services at Dorsch for your automotive needs. Ran into some issues with the car. So far not getting good service as I am being told a broken retractable moonroof cover isn’t covered by the 6 month warranty I purchased through the dealer. Will rate again based on resolution bc $4000 dollars to fix an issue on a car I’ve had for 3 weeks is a bit much.

Recent transplant to Green Bay and new Dorsch Ford customer. Having owned 30+ motor vehicles I always do my research before going to the dealership. Dorsch had the exact vehicle I wanted. Based on current market the price I paid was fair. Based on my trade-in's condition and mileage the allowance was more than fair. Everyone I dealt with, Chris M. (in sales) Brad and Carin (in finance) and Micah (technology) were all knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Entire transaction was very quick. The facility is nice, modern, clean and well laid out. They even have a large indoor area for taking delivery. Can without reservation recommend Dorsch ford.

This was my first time ever purchasing a vehicle from Dorsch Ford. And after having issues with my past vehicle and hearing & seeing there advertisements I decided to take a drive up to Green Bay. They had a great selection to choose from both new and used! & Mr Lew Walker was my sales guy and was great to work with. He listened to my specific needs on what I needed in a new vehicle for me. He showed me my options & ended up getting me into a 2025 superduty. Customer service was excellent from beginning to end. Will definitely return in the future when it’s time for another vehicle!
