I bought my Ford explorer to them because jet's auto recommended them to look at my transmission because of a noise I was hearing.they looked at it and said I needed a cv joint.i said no because muffler man had did my oil change and checked my front end (no problem)well Mr know it all put a cv joint in it and then told me I gave him permission over the phone (I didn't) I took it to another shop and they found a bolt or bracket was loose or missing. The vibration was bumping against the bottom of the truck making the noise I was hearing.i would hope a transmission shop would check the transmission bolts and braskets first and I hope u enjoyed that 200 and something because it's your lasted from me and my church family.u have a blessed day

Highly recommend dort transmission for any transmission repair my truck lost all forward gears a they replaced almost the whole transmission Tim and chuck are very great people and make you feel welcomed when your there. The price is worth every penny for the work that is going to be put into your vehicle I’ll forever go back as long as they are open an will recommend them to anybody that runs into any transmission problems or anything else on there car drivetrain wise. Chuck provided excellent service and the guys who work with him are just as nice and sincere. They revived/rebuilt my transmission and broke down the cost of EVERY step and the reason for it so I would have a clear understanding. Excellent communication. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 👌🏽💯

Very rude, need to work on your phone skills. Acted to busy to talk to me so I took my business elsewhere. Friend of mine had work done at dort and said they charge for everything little thing. Also if they don't want to work on your stuff they'll give you a high estimate.
