Got new tires back in May, and timing was fine. However went to go take the tires off to do the brakes today and most of the lugs are stripped and are way tighter than the necessary amount. One lug is cross threaded on top is everything else. Only went here because of the place we bought our tires from said we’d get a deal. Not worth it at all.

Last time I had the thermostat and oil changed, it was a terrible service experience. The mechanic didn’t do the job properly, which caused my engine to overheat after one day and led to extra costs and unnecessary hassle. Definitely not worth it.

Scam alert! Took my car for safety inspection, they said I needed a part and quoted $700. I later cancelled, but they still bought the part and forced me to pay $120 to release my car. Gave a handwritten paper as a bill and were extremely rude. Overcharge and shady practices — avoid DOT Auto at all costs!

The worst painter I have ever been to. I could've painted my car at home with a paint brush and it would have turned out better. Customer service was terrible, when I told him that I was expecting a better job; he was so rude and started yelling at me. Do not recommend.
