Double D Towing

Double D Towing damaged my car during a tow. Their driver admitted the damage occurred while my vehicle was in their care. I immediately filed a claim with them to cover the repair costs. Since filing the claim, they denied it without explanation and have completely stopped responding to me. I have called their office every single day for the past two weeks and have not been able to reach anyone who can help. I have documented evidence of the damage, their initial admission of fault, video evidence, and witnesses. Their refusal to take responsibility or even communicate with me has left me no choice but to pursue other avenues to resolve this. I would caution anyone using this company. If something goes wrong, you may find yourself unable to get any response or accountability.

Thank you so much for your help tonight! My husband locked himself out of the car with his phone inside at Home Depot. I arranged everything from home with the insurance and Double D arrived within 35 minutes. We are so appreciative of the prompt response as Home Depot had closed and my husband was standing outside in the snow! You guys rock!!
