Double R Towing was dispatched to us by my insurance company for roadside assistance. After accepting to job the got their pretty quick. William (towing operator) cakes me prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way and what exactly was going on so he world be Suite to come fully prepared no matter the issue. When William arrived he literally connection literally connected his jumper and the car started right up. He informed me that I needed a new battery and due to all the electronics the batteries don't last as long as they use to basically. He even went above the job and checked our tires.. He was done in like 5 mins(barely) and we sat and talked with him for like 20+ mins .. Great guy, very knowledgeable! Thanks again William!

Phenomenal service! The dispatcher and the tow truck driver were very professional and extremely nice. Really took care in loading my low car onto the flatbed. I would use them again and again, if needed.

I just want to thank AL for answering all my questions and being super nice when I called about needing a tow. I want to make sure the driver William got the recognition and appreciation he deserves as well. From start to finish he was super informative and helpful in making sure my car was taken care of and dropped off at the mechanic shop I had requested. He even kindly went out of his way to drop me off at my apartment which was literally across from the mechanic shop. To get my car out, they charged a lot. I left my ket and FOB in the ignition for them when I picked up petsinal belongings. How does any company lose a FOB in the ignition. Joke!

100% recommend, their driver Tim assisted me in getting my car where it needed to be and he did so swiftly. Real nice and genuine man I greatly appreciate the service!
