When I say great customer service and going above and beyond that would be Dougherty Glass Company. I will refer others and I will definitely use their service again.

I love this place, my second time placing an order and I made a mistake in the mesurament and it was to small to fixed it so they cut me a new class. My mickey are happy 😁💝

Needed an oval glass insert for my table. They cut it to perfection with my measurements. Great customer service. Good prices. Did not have to wait forever for it. Have done business with this facility several times in the past.

The first time I called there was apparently a bad phone connection, and the lady that answered the phone was quite rude. As I was talking, she abruptly cut in and said “I can’t understand a thing you’re saying” and then proceeded to make noises demonstrating what I sounded like on her end. Well, I was insulted, but I let that go, and called back with my question. It sounded like someone else answered the phone and was a little more pleasant. I needed a mirror cut, but after several days I called to check on the status, and was told they didn’t know when they would be able to get to it. I told the lady I needed it within the next two days, and would have to go somewhere else if they couldn’t get to it. She acted like she could care less. I went to another glass shop within just a few mi
