I’v always had good service at Douglas Auto Care. Mr Douglas and his staff and Mechanics go out of their way to try and help resolve problems that i’ve had with my vehicle and naturally there’s routine maintenance that is always necessary to be done. Parts began to fell and wear out unfortunately and I’ve been completely satisfied with their service when they do. My Thanks and Appreciation to All.

They helped me out when I got a flat tire downtown! They were very kind and helped me figure out the best tire for my price range, plus the change was done quickly.

I couldn’t be happier with Douglas Auto Care! My car broke down in my hotel parking garage, and I was lucky enough to find this gem nearby. The owner and Jody were incredibly kind and helpful. The owner even gave me a ride back to my car, quickly diagnosing the issue as a dead battery. Their mechanic came over, swapped it out on the spot, and saved me from needing a tow. Thanks to them, my car runs great, and I made it back home to Miami without any issues. Highly recommend them for their excellent service!
