Douglas Collision did a great job repairing the tailgate and bumper on my Chevy Colorado Z71. They had my truck back to me quickly and even detailed it, which was a great bonus. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing quality repair work.

I had an excellent experience with Douglas Collision Center from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. Tim was so helpful with helping me get in a rental car and answering all of my questions along the way. My vehicle looks absolutely amazing — you would never know it had any damage! The quality of work and attention to detail really exceeded my expectations. They made a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciate their honesty and great customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs!

If I could give them a million star review I would! I literally stopped in for a quote to get a trim piece snapped back on and to get the black trim around my windows polished and Tim took care of it in less than 15 minutes at absolutely no charge! From the receptionist to Tim, everyone was so friendly and helpful! Oh and I will be going back for oil changes too…run don’t walk to have your car serviced or repaired here!!!

Unfortunately due to a couple fender benders my partner or I had to use Douglas in the past. They do excellent work. Never had a problem with any of the work that they've done and I would recommend them to anybody who's ever had any issues with their cars and now they even have mechanics that can get other work done as well. Yes Douglas is very good
