Doug's Tire and Auto

My family and I were traveling and caught a flat 10 miles away. From the time I walked in, I was greeted like a family member. I had them service two tires. Within thirty minutes , my vehicle was finished. I got home safely with no issues. I will be returning here for my car care needs.

Customer Service was awesome. They had a set of tires in stock but not the size I wanted. Ben ordered them and had them in by 1pm and installed by 2pm. Good home from own customer service and experience. They were knowledgeable and professional. Every customer received the same 5 star service.

I went to Doug's Tire and Auto today for an oil change. My truck hood had no scratches on it. This is what it looks like now. There was some light substance from something that happened. We went home to clean it off and discovered the scratches. They did let us watch video and it clearly showed no scratch going into the oil change. I am very disappointed. I don't what happened it wasn't there before in my opinion. I won't be going back.

Dougs Auto did a fantastic job fixing my back brakes, rotors and calipers. I would not recommend going to Haney's Tire on s Main st in Laurinburg because they try to rip you off. I would never go there again! Thank you Dougs Tire and Auto for helping a lady from out.of town in distress!

Everyone went above and beyond when my son’s car broke down while coming back home to GA. John was especially helpful when it was discovered the engine would need to be replaced. He facilitated a sale for us and made a hectic time a lot less stressful. Amazing company and wonderful people!
