I ended up breaking down about 10 miles from this location during out if town travel. I had the tow truck bring me to Tilson’s after reading a couple of reviews. These folks were extremely kind. One of the mechanics immediately stopped what he was doing to try to help diagnose my problems so that I knew how to plan since I was hours far from home. They even attempted a temporary fix to see if I could limp the vehicle home. The diagnosis ended up being much more serious and involved so I had to get a friend to come with a truck and trailer. However, this involved me staying at this location for many hours. They made sure I felt welcome, offered their bathroom and office facilities and even included me in on their lunch. Very courteous and did good work for me at a very reasonable price point. Not pushy and told me of other issues with vehicle. Confirmed that indeed the issues were real and existing before the visit. This appears to be an honest family ran business and they will get all of my work from now on.
