I had the dreaded valve body failure in my 23 3500 on a Friday. They figured out transportation for me first. Then, they called me two Mondays later letting me know it was ready to be picked up. If you know of this problem there are trucks waiting months for this repair. Let alone the back ordered parts. The combination of the dealer and Chevy corporate had me back in my truck in a week. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Thank you Dover GMC!

We've purchased multiple cars from the dealership. The entire staff here is phenomenal. Joe Penrod is an outstanding salesman that is extremely low pressure and listens to exactly what you're looking for. I would highly recommend the dealership and Joe as your salesperson.

At this point I am very dissatisfied with the vehicle we purchased. Our fault for buying a low mileage car with no warranty. 2014 Equinox. At this point as of today. I would say over 12,00.00 cash money has been paid to the dealership to fix the problem and its still not fixed after being picked up again and taken back today. They did give us a rental twice. Could have just bought another car car. Now what no car mother is a single mom of two no safe vehicle

James was very helpful from the get go and even on his day off-work, he took his time to show me the car I purchased and Dan was the fastest person I’ve worked with to finance a car, Justin from management helped as well to get the car at our budget. I would definitely recommend Mazda of Dover for a future vehicle purchase. I did not choose the extended warranty to go with my car but honestly they offered a decent warranty program even buying a 3-4year old car with 75kmiles on it. I brought by 2025 Trax in for an oc and rotation. I was missing a couple of valve stem caps that they did not replace or even mention. I had a low tire pressure fault on the dash this morning and went to put air in the tire I discovered they didn’t do the tire relearn process and they rotated improperly. Manufacturer recommends a cross rotation and they did front to back. Pic is from my owners manual. First visit here and will be my last.
