As soon as I walked in, the energy of the staff was so welcoming and kind. Tim helped me figure out all my options and I left with the vehicle I'm looking forward to spending time in. Tim went the extra mile offering to pull the cars I wanted to test drive into the heated showroom ahead of time so we could look at them in comfort (it was like 10° outside). He also responded quickly and happily obliged when I asked to change our official signing date from in two days to right now (last minute, thanks again).
