We bought a new Toyota sigma and down east put our side body moulding and stripes on it and did an amazing job 5 stars for sure.

My son and I recently purchased a 2004 Toyota 4Runner 4x4 from Down East Auto. I looked for over six months for a nice 4Runner without a million miles on it, that had a clean Carfax, and that wasn’t rusted to pieces. This is my son’s first car, and he is paying for half of it, so the price had to be within a tight budget. One day on Facebook Marketplace I saw what seemed like a good fit at Down East Auto. I immediately called and spoke with Austin. He took the time to answer all my questions, took additional photos, and even facetimed me to look at the vehicle. Seriously impressed by these great guys Austin & Brian!! Austin helped my son thru the beginning process of buying his first car. He was professional & informative with financing options. My son was able to get financing which took way too long & we kept Austin informed thru that process. On the day of pick up Brian help him finalize the paperwork & was easy to deal with. Great staff, service and vehicle. Thank you Austin! Update: Before I made my first payment, had to get engine right lifters replaced. Also just noticing black spray paint under the fender and parts that connect the tires. Lots of rust on undercarriage. It was 100% my fault for not knowing what to look for. A very expensive learning lesson Update #2: 7 months in, transmission is slipping and has to be completely rebuilt. Just make sure to research/purchase a reputable car warranty beforehand

So we bought a second vehicle from Down East Auto and they both are wonderful vehicles. Very reliable, and clean. The salesman who we spoke with was Austin, and let me tell you, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He literally bent over backwards to help us in any way he could.
