My stay was pleasant! The service advisors I work with are always very nice, making the experience worth while! I worked with Daniel today, he was super friendly and despite the busy day, he was very attentive! I really appreciated him! Furthermore, I’ve also worked with another service advisor named Marc many times as well! Mark is really great and also makes the stay worth while! He’s patient with all of my questions and provided a lot of clarity when needed! Overall, I’ve been coming to Downey Nissan for a while now and the experience has always been pleasant with the staff! I also love the update videos as well!

Yoni and Chris are the best!! They helped me with my little Nissan and everything turned out excellent!!
