On my weekly hike excursion my old Bronco broke down. Once I realized I couldn’t fix it on site my insurance company got ahold of these guys. Ash was the driver who rescued my ol girl and it wasn’t an easy place to load it up at that. One of my best experiences when it comes to the nightmare of breaking down off road. Not a good place to deal with. My truck was totaled in an accident, my only day off is Sunday. Left work early and could not get into my truck for my work supplies I needed. Got H and H to come get it. The guy on the phone gave me the wrong email and then was rude about it. Paid for the towing and storage but wasn't going to release it. Henry was able to get it. If your vehicle is towed to their lot, get it out fast

They broke all my back suspension while they where puting it of the back of the tow truck they damage all my bumper they left if worst

The guys drove my 80,000 roush up on the truck ripped the bottom of my bumper completely off I didn’t have time to look at it them but I did tell them I was gonna be looking at my car when I got home the guy there then said well we have insurance so if anything is wrong they will cover it I call and notify them and all they can say is it was there fault it must of been mine which is bull shot cause I just got it out the shop the day before and went on the cruise to a photo shoot I then call back to G.T. the owners name and number I I can discuss these issue with him and the employee is withholding all the information do not use these people they will mess your stuff up !!! Very very unprofessional business . This won’t be the end of it guaranteed !!

This morning, our SUV got stuck in the snow on a steep road. We were scared the car was going to slip down the road and be damaged or goodness forbid damage someone else’s property or worse. We called Down Towing and Adrian and his son came out quickly. We couldn’t believe when we had heard he had been out since 2:00 AM helping folks like ourselves, because of how professional and friendly they were. He was able to get the vehicle unstuck and moved back into the driveway until the ice had melted enough. They even picked up some extra shovels we had and helped clear some snow in the driveway. We are very thankful for them as they single-handedly turned a very stressful experience for us into a positive one.
