DO NOT take your car here if its has low profile sports tires, even if they are factory equipped! We were told "no problem, these tires come through every day" Then as guided in and once on track heard a loud noise to come out to a torn tire. Manager proceeds to argue instead of accepting responsibility! Next car behind me came out and said they heard the same thing and agreed something was wrong with the tracks. She even offered to exchange numbers to be a witness as to the damage that this car wash caused. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL response trying to state the tire had previous damage. They are brand new tires for summer. See attached photos and BEWARE!

I was a loyal customer of this car wash for a long time I signed up for unlimited washes and then they recently switched it to 10 washes only and then they don’t tell you what number you’re at and then you’re stuck in the car wash and have to pay for another one. I think it’s poor customer service when you promote something and then change it when people commit to it.

Company cars are washed here. They do a pretty good job

The guy who is always at the cash register refused me a monthly membership because I did not want to display the big sticker on my windshield. I previously kept the sticker in my glove compartment and he lost it when he scanned it. When I tried to sign up again (I want to support local businesses in my area) and said I still did not want to place the sticker on my windshield, he got a poor attitude and said, "forget it." Similar to other comments on here regarding customer service and attitude. 0/5 stars. I can't even imagine what it would be like to deal with this place if they damaged my vehicle.

Cheap and quick, but using dirty, old brushes that scratch your car so deep it can’t be buffed out.
