This is the most terrible service shop I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I came for engine diagnostics. Offered me to buy a new car… I could ask my wife, who’s never driven a car, and she’d give the same advice for free. I started asking what’s wrong. Receptionist didn’t tell me anything, so I requested a mechanic. The mechanic told me about the compression without removing the spark plugs. 4th spark plug was stuck and remained stuck even after I picked up the car from them. Guess what. The compression was fine when I measured it myself at home. There is also a suspicion that interior parts were stolen. I discovered it after 3 months, since no one sits in the back. Anyway, when replacing the airbags, according to the recall, many interior parts were scratched, including those that w

Don’t go here. Worst dealership service dept experience in the 12 years I’ve owned my Subaru. Not even sure where to begin, but paid $300 for an oil change and a lightbulb. Was told I needed $11,000 of additional “urgent” repairs. Service advisor Darrell was aloof and didn’t care much to help me with my questions and concerns. When I drove away my check engine light was on, and it was not on when I arrived. Total mess. Terrible professional culture amongst the staff. Only positive feedback is the cashier at the parts department was super nice, and helpful. Bravo to him, major thumbs down for the rest of the experience. Will definitely be going elsewhere moving forward. What a waste of my time, money and emotional wellbeing.

I have been a customer here for over 5 years, but this place has gone completely downhill. After a change in management and a fancy new building renovation, it is clear they are now prioritizing squeezing every dollar out of customers over safety and honesty. I just spent thousands on maintenance. When I got the car back, I could smell exhaust coming through the heat vents—a safety issue I never had before. When I contacted them to ask for a free inspection to fix their mistake, they stopped responding entirely. The service advisors are incredibly aggressive. I was told I had a transmission leak and pressured to fix it. When I pushed back, they admitted it was "not a real issue" and had only lost a tiny amount of fluid over years. I do not recommend this service center. I spoke with a service advisor (he's lucky I forgot his name), and the experience was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and made no effort to help. When I asked for a quote with an itemized breakdown, he refused and repeatedly cut me off, only saying the total was $1,500 without explaining what the cost included. It's obvious he didn't want to put the details in the system because it's manual work... he also asked for the year and model of my car at least 4x clearly not listening to me. Instead of addressing my questions, he went on about legal and political reasons behind service recommendations versus what's actually needed, which was irrelevant to me. I've followed manufacturer service manuals on over 10 vehicles with zero issues,

Terrible technical performance. Terrible customer serivce. We brought the car in for repair related to their previous recall work. The spend two weeks working on the car. Returned the car to us telling us that it is fixed. It is not. The whole car vibrates when it is idle. Brought it back to them and they wouldn’t even take a look at it and told us that there is no problems with our car. The service advisor we worked with was Mark. When we brought the car back, neither Mark or any mechanics ever sat in it came to take a look at the car to understand the issue. They simply told us that there is nothing wrong with the car and there is nothing they can do to, without even looking at the vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM OALAND Subaru and especially the service advisor Mark.
