Unfortunately, we had a tire blowout and needed a repair quickly. The dealership quoted us nearly $4,000, which felt completely unreasonable. Thankfully, we found this shop. From the first call, the experience was excellent. They were transparent, professional, and far more reasonable. We decided to order a new tire and also a new rim so we could have a full-size spare, and they handled everything smoothly. Nelson was our main point of contact and he was outstanding throughout the entire process. Clear communication, quick turnaround, and no surprises. No one enjoys dealing with a flat tire, but these guys made a stressful situation easy. Five stars without hesitation.
