Regarding the merchant response: 1) The damaged bolt and missing fasteners are 100% happened at the shop. They opened the airbox, recommended replacing air filter, and did not note or inform me of the broken bolt at that time. 2) I have a receipt for the fasteners from a Mercedes dealership in Oct 24 (they were missing when I purchased the car, so I replaced them). Therefore, the fasteners are not rare or hard-to-get parts as claimed. Dealerships have them in stock. 3) I only found the broken bolt when I replaced the air filter myself and immediately contacted the shop. Lastly, they will not update your service record on CARFAX. Despite my confirming with the staff that they would and requesting that it be entered. ------------------------- Reported damaged part and missing fasteners

Highly recommend. Great guys to work with. I just bought a BMW from Carvana and needed someone to check it out. They were upfront on pricing and really helpful. Very pleased with the service from everyone at Euro Masters. I first took my CLA 45 AMG to Mercedes-Benz of Austin for a cylinder 2 misfire while it was still under warranty. They only did a recalibration, failed to check the spark plugs, and even jammed my driver’s seat motor. Out of warranty, I brought it to Euro Masters. Marlen and his team ran a full compression test, replaced the plugs and coils, and even fixed my seat without saying a word. Excellent service. I will continue doing business with Euro Masters without any hesitation.
