Just wanted to drop a little shout out to Brent J. here. Although I didn't wind up buying the bike I was looking at, it wasn't because of the staff or the price. Staff, especially Brent, were all super friendly and -- most importantly -- transparent from the get go. No games, no "You have to give me suchandsuch before I'll give you a quote." I'll definitely be checking in with them in the future.

If you're in the market for a motorcycle you need to go to Dream Machines in Austin. They have a large inventory and great prices. Brent was great and answered all my questions with no pressure to buy. The entire experience was 5 stars. Whenever I am in the market for another bike they will be my first stop.

I purchased a 2012 tri glide from dream machines of Austin online and had the trike shipped to me in New Mexico. Unfortunately the shipper broke down along the way and decided to use my trike to drive 600 miles back to Austin TX to acquire new transportation. The trike had the original 3007 miles at time of purchase. When it finally arrived not only did it have the extra miles but the fuel tank was leaking and the reverse did not work. Long story short Dream machines made it right. Nick the owner and Eric from sales were awesome. They reimbursed me the entire shipping cost to include the extra miles depreciation, the parts and labor to fix the fuel leak and sent me a new reverse motor. The reverse motor is now installed and the fuel leak is fixed. The trike is beautiful and runs fantastic.

Great experience as a first time rider & buyer. They didn’t try to upsell me on a bike that was above my beginner skills. And even offered to deliver the bike for me so I can practice in a more comfortable setting. Thanks Mike, Eric and team!

Just picked up a Ducati Diavel from Dream Machines Austin, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tom Burz went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from start to finish. He was incredibly patient and helpful, even taking the time to show me how to find neutral 😁😁. Great bike, great service, and a genuinely great guy to work with. Highly recommend!
