Dressel's Service Station

Went to a Big name tire place (memorial drive)have my tires rotated and aligned. They never aligned and gave me a list of issues with my front end. 6 things to be exact. 1 was bad wheel bearing. So rushed to Dressels in a panic. They immediately put my truck on the rack and told me the only issue was the wheel bearing. That says a lot right there. They could've went along with the BS list and made a nice chunk of cash off me. They not only were honest, but they were concerned enough about the wheel bearing to squeeze me in their busy schedule and fix it the next day for me. So I could travel out of town for work. I tell everyone I know about how honest they were and how they took excellent care of me and my truck. 5 stars all the way. And found my go to mechanic from here on out.

I just started going to Dressel's since my usual shop couldn't perform a service I needed. I really appreciate the online appointment scheduling, and they are very communicative and fair - they are honest about what you need and about timelines for service. Their waiting area is comfortable and has free wi-fi, making it easier for me to be able to stay and work while my vehicle is being serviced. All of the staff are friendly and prices are reasonable. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle to Dressel's!

Staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. My vehicle was serviced in record time and I got detailed explanations of what was needed at my particular mileage and what it would cost, and why. Highly recommend Dressel's to any and all in the area!

I went in to have my breaks serviced early August and they were so transparent about what NEEDED to be done. There are a lot of places I don't like to go because I feel like they will rip me off or try to get me into services I don't need yet, but they are human first and understand being financially limited. I appreciate that they assessed my car without me committing to a service. What made me really happy is it felt like my car was driving better than it ever had with previous brake repairs. I will continue to seek out their services and aid. I love Dina, she was my point of contact, but the mechanics are also very respectful.
