The Granby Auto Wash is a far more expensive option than other car wash places in the area, especially for the value of what you receive. There are two automatic car wash bays, two hand wash bays with a soap brush and water nozzle, and a few vacuum cleaning machines available at this location. There are two change machines and some car accessory vending machines as well. I came to self-wash my vehicle in the middle of winter, only to find that it costs a minimum of $4.25 to begin, and once you've put your quarters in you only get 5 minutes! Each additional quarter I put in only gave me an additional 18 seconds of time! This is by far the WORST value for a self-wash car wash I have ever encountered. Got my car washed the door was open the entire time, but when the car wash was finished, the doors closed and I couldn’t leave. So the dryer never finished drying my car cause I couldn’t pull through the door so that the dryer could complete drying my car. I had to get out of my car move my hand in front of the motion detector to get the front door open so I could leave there’s no phone number to call inside the bay to call someone about this problem and there’s no phone number on the website. Use at at your own risk

On Thursday I asked Ryan who manages the car wash for a recommendation to clean the dog fur in my car. He took the time to look at it, talk to me, try some things, and made a recommendation that works perfectly. I am very appreciative since I have tried everything and before this nothing worked.

I’ve had their car wash broke down on me twice in the middle of the wash. They won’t refund your money, but would give a discount code to go through the useless machine again for “compensation”. Self-wash is relatively expensive compared to nearby car wash spots. Automated wash does such a terrible job, you might as well just spray some dish soap and dump a bucket of water over your car for the same result.

Absolutely the worse car wash ever. After spending $18.00 for a car wash my car was as dirty as it was when I drove it there. The dirt was just repositioned. Reusing dirty water? Poor water pressure??? Save your money and go somewhere else.
