Our brakes failed during a trip from Canada on a late Friday afternoon. The mom, dad and son team went above the call of duty to change our front breaks and get us back on the road. Eric even cancelled a personal appointment to finish the job. These folks are incredibly kind and honest. If you want excellent service at reasonable prices, I suggest you give them a try. -10 stars. I will never come here again. I had them put brake, rotors, and want them to change the tires with rims out. He could not do it because rims did not fit. So instead of call me he put on the small tires on the big rims. This is safety hazard driving. He putting my family at risk and I am out money for the tires because he stretch them.

Our vehicle had a serious issue on the interstate. Drive Safe was very busy but made time to help us out. The service was friendly and the price was more than fair. Thanks again for the help!

My daughter received fantastic and friendly service! She broke down on her way to college from OH to SC, so 5+ from either location. The team was able to squeeze her in and got her on the road in three hours. Staff was very friendly and price for service was reasonable. Thanks Drive Safe team!

Took a car to Eric to have him diagnose a fuel leak which turned into $106.89 later and his secretary told me to replace the fuel tank, fuel pump and it was going to be like 7 hours labor. He didn't even pull the fuel tank and look for the problem. Which in this case would've found it under the back seat. If I would've know how easy it was to access I would have fixed it myself. But he only hooked it to a computer and noted there was a fuel leak. Took it to another garage and 3 hours labor to put a new fuel pump gasket in. $300 to fix the problem. Would've cost $2k at drive safe after everything the secretary told me would need to be replaced. If you have money to burn go for it. And yes this is completely accurate per your secretary. Never had a single missed call from you. And a new secr
