I am incredibly happy to add another 5 star review and echo what everyone else has been saying. My wife and I were travelling, our car had a serious code come up and it needed immediate attention and we found Troy through google and he was not only knowledgeable and hardworking, but incredibly kind and accommodating. Troy is a mechanic I would recommend to anyone and everyone. He is a stand up guy. If you're wondering, go see Troy!

I had issues with my larger vehicle having misfires while traveling through the mountains. Southwest Automotive LLC called me back within 20 minutes and was able to diagnose the problem as well as replace all 6 spark plugs. He is very kind and took his time to ensure that was the problem. I made it home, safely, thanks to him. 10/10 recommend. If you are in a bind and looking for help with your vehicle make the drive out to his shop and let him help you.

Troy was an absolute angel. We were traveling on 81 and had a charge system message. We went to one shop that tested the vehicle but sent us on our way. We had more trouble an hour down the road. We called Troy late on a Friday. He waited on us and got us back on the road at 8 pm. His business may be fairly new, but it is an absolute gem. Please support this extraordinary mechanic. He is through, pays great attention to details.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Troy at Southwest Automotive, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I called, I was greeted with friendliness and a willingness to help. Troy went above and beyond, And recommend places for me to stay in Wytheville due to it being Friday evening & my part needing ordered, he even offered me a ride to my hotel. I would recommend Troy to anyone. It was clear that he was reliable and knowledgeable. We had car problems on our road trip and found Troy’s shop. Our expectations were exceeded. He identified our problem quickly. We were in and out in 30 minutes and back on the road. We’re glad we found him!
