Drive & Shine Car Wash

This was really an amazing car wash! Some of my favorite things were how it pulls your car through and you don't have to drive through, the stuffed animal wall and the lights as your car is covered in soap! If you need a car wash, this is the place to go! Justin at the front takes great care of the customers coming through! He was super cool and I enjoyed talking to him about my car! He seems like a real asset to the team here! Before I chose this place I almost went to a different one but I am super happy I decided to come here and will definitely be back!

This is the place to make your ride really shine, no pun intended. The place offers plenty of the resources to wash and detail your car, in and out. Best part is you don't pay as much as you would other places for a premium detail such as this! Salt? Not a problem. Ice? A warm interior cleaning lets it melt away, and keep you warm. Dirt? Easily washes off here, and if the automated wash doesn't get all of it, then they give you everything you need to get into every nook and cranny you can think of. Vacuums are more powerful than any shop-vac I can imagine. The air gun gets ALL the stuff out of the floors, dashboards, trunk, even the engine bay to those who really want to make it look good! Justin was absolutely amazing when we took our car here today! He was very personable and we got to have an amazing conversation with him! He even let us talk about our new car! The car wash was super exciting!! Our son loved it as well! There were lots of beautiful lights and a wall of stuffed animals. The heaters to dry your car at the end were super cool! Overall one of the best car washes ive been to and we will absolutely be back! The best part of this experience tho was justin at the front! He really makes the experience!

Drive n Shine is the best in Kalamazoo, MI; I love the customer service from the staff. They are hands down the best. If I were to pick a wash for my vehicle it would definitely be Drive N Shine on S. Westnedge.

Emma was awesome! Recommended the Titanium wash for the harsh Michigan winter. She definitely was informed about the difference washes, I wasn't sure what would be best to get underneath and the few extras that the wash provided. Great service and outstanding staff with reasonable prices. First time and will continue to come back.
