3rd call after my windshield wiper broke when I was driving. So glad I got the rec for Bill’s shop. I asked if they could help my budget Mercedes. Kyle told me to come on over and they’d see what they could do. Tim sorted my wiper in no time. It turns out the bolt was loose. Who knew that was a thing!?! I asked Kyle if they could replace the blades, as they were awful. Kyle called with a quote. And they replaced my blades in no time again. Wow. I can see beautifully out my windshield now. Tim in the shop and Kyle sourcing, scheduling and doing all the magic to make repairs happen at Keystone are my new mechanics. Haven’t had one since Kenny at Muffler Man on Centre and Westnedge retired. My son’s first car is currently in the back. I am confident Tim will get it to rights.

Bill and team are the best. When my car started acting really bad they were able to fit me in and quickly fit me in to diagnose the problem and fixed it so I was able to use the car later that day. They also were able to check some other concerns I had as well. They really seem to to be experts, can be trusted to tell you when something needs to be fixed or not, and charge fair prices. I strongly recommend them.

I ONLY get my repairs, maintenance, and opinions from these fellows. Best honest service or a great reasonable price. They genuinely care and they aren't pushy. It's lower stress auto repair from a local business. I will always go to these guys and they are the only place I will ever recommend.
