Subject: Very Disappointing Experience and Unprofessional Service I usually never write reviews, but I feel I must share my experience because what happened to me was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I will never return to this location again. I made an appointment through WhatsApp with one of your employees to bring my car on Tuesday. I have all the messages and proof of this conversation. When I arrived, no one even greeted me. Instead, the staff started speaking in Spanish and then told me to come back tomorrow or another day. When I asked why no one informed me about this, they said the person I spoke with had to leave because his wife was giving birth. I completely understand personal emergencies, but no one called or texted me to let me know, and no one apologized. I le
