Driveline’s Automotive was excellent!! They answered all my questions and we came up with a great and economical solution to my issues! I would recommend them to anyone as they were efficient, reliable, didn’t try to sell extra services and worked easily with my work schedule for drop off and pick up of the vehicle. They come highly recommended by us!!

Visiting our family in Edgerton from out of town, we suddenly had an engine problem yesterday (Sunday). When I started up the car, the engine was missing, valves tapping, and running very rough. I had no idea what was wrong, so called first thing today to ask if they could check it out, which they agreed to do despite being busy. They test drove the car, ran a computer check, and everything seemed fine, so they cleared us to continue our trip back home without having to pay the evaluation fee (which I had already agreed to). It was probably just a sticky valve.... but something I had never experienced before. Although they didn't have to do any actual repairs, I did rely on their expertise, and had a very pleasant customer experience.

It’s hard to remember there’s still good people out in todays world but these guys helped us when we ended up breaking down 5 plus hours away from home on our way to Indiana, as we were trying to fix the rear wheel hub in a parts store parking lot and being unsuccessful in being able to remove a nut he told us we could bring it into the shop just a few blocks down the road and he would try, he was able to but we still needed parts that wouldn’t be delivered until 430 that evening. The sweet lady in the front office offered us a ride to Janesville so we could get our rental vehicle they went above and beyond to make sure we were able to continue our journey and make it back home safely! Thank you two again for all your help bless your hearts!

I have been bringing all of my vehicles here for years. I've needed alignments and brake work, diagnostics, engine and transmission replacements, A/C, to name several. Even my Classic '67 Plymouth (my precious) has been to Drivelines. I have never left disappointed or questioning any of the repairs made. In fact, in my experiences, I've always been dealt with in a timely manner with having expectations exceeded on the price, repairs, and peace of mind. Thank you Chad and Susan!
