This dealership is ran by some of the nicest people I’ve ever met at a car dealership. Specifically I had the pleasure of working with Andy, awesome dude, he was super helpful and informative. I had been visiting for months and finally the perfect car for me turned up, I randomly stopped by Tuesday, had a quick chat with Andy where he showed me the model 3’s he just ordered in. One was just what I was looking for, 2020, long range, AWD, 100k miles. Today is Wednesday and I’ve made it back home with the coolest car I’ve ever bought. Robert H., Steve, David, and Mark along with the folks at Driven Auto of Waukegan did an excellent job on getting me squared away on my deal for my wife’s EQS 450+ with the AMG executive trim in a timely manner all over, text messages, email & FaceTime due to we are out of state. Robert, personally detailed my wife’s car and placed a red ribbon bow on it send us pictures for an added touch surprising my wife. I appreciate Robert acting as my POC when it came time to prep and ship the car for transport. The wife loves her new car and we want to say thank you for your time, patience & experience with your dealership.

I bought a used Dodge 3500 from Dave Pearson at Driven. The price for the vehicle was very reasonable. The sales experience was superb. All of the staff at Driven were up front, honest and personable. The mechanics took care of any concerns I had, the Dave and his team were very welcoming and answered any and all of my questions. I would recommend them if you are in the market.

Very pleased with this dealership. I found the vehicle on CarGurus.com and requested more info. Oscar Salinas called to help me immediately. I requested a time slot the next day and he was very prompt to reply. He was very patient and honest. The car was shipped and arrived the next day. Once the driver dropped it off, I inspected the vehicle thoroughly. It was exactly as described. And he sent me pictures, beforehand, of the dings so to not be surprised when it arrived. But all the dings and pictures were available on the website. I really appreciated his eagerness to be honest through the entire sales experience. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from Oscar.

Best car buying experience in years!! I'm a car guy. I always know at least as much about what I'm buying as the dealer, usually WAY more. Here, they were on top of it and I never got that creepy-crawly used car buying vibe. You know the one They not only had the exact car that I was looking for, but they also treated me like an adult from minute one. No attempts to sell me stuff that I didn't need. The price was already right, so I can't speak to their willingness to deal. It just wasn't necessary on this one. Everything was exactly as promised, handled quickly and professionally, including a fair deal on my trade-in. Thanks guys!!!
