I was beyond impressed with my experience at Driven. So courteous, friendly and helpful! Patiently explained over the phone exactly what the card needed and cost involved, helped me decide exactly how to proceed, even helped with towing to the shop. They seem extremely knowledgeable and professional and did the repair quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!!

Amazing Auto repair! Very transparent, clear communication. They stick to recommendations, they don't look to make you fix everything there is to make money on. One of the services took two hours more then anticipated due to vehicle age, they did not charge more than the original quote. Honest and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!

This is probably the first auto shop in my life where it feels that you are not taken at least some advantage of. First my son got a service. They got it right from the second try but then did not charge him for what they did that did not fix the problem. Most shops would. Then I came. I needed the oil change and I thought I needed a brake job, as my car is 6-1/2 years old and I had never change the brake pads. I thought I'd need both the pads and the resurfacing done. Yossef inspected the brakes and said that they did not need any change yet (though the rear ones might need it in a year) and then changed the oil as requested for a very reasonable price AND (I was surprised) with no surcharge on credit card payment (all shops now I went to impose it). And they are simply nice guys overall.

Driven representatives were very cooperative. The mechanics analyzed the issues correctly. Pricing was in line with other independent repair shops. This was my first experience and so far it seems to be okay. Used the same mechanics for over 30 years prior to being recommended to the Driven shop.

My Check engine light came on. Not something that anyone wants to see. I contacted Driven. The staff was really friendly and very knowledgeable. I had my car back the next night. Thanks so much for a job well done!
