I highly recommend this place for any type of repairs you need for your car. I took my car here a little over a month ago and I was more than pleased with the staff. I met up with Tim and he was very reasonable with the price and will not try to scam you. Staff was very friendly and personable. This car came out exactly what it looked like before and couldn’t tell a difference that there was damage there. Highly recommend Tilton Auto Body in Jackson.

Check your vehicle thoroughly before leaving this shop after any kind of repairs. Could be missing bolts screws and things loose that wasn’t before and it’s very difficult to prove once you leave shop. The detailing services is not worth paying for either. I’m definitely not a satisfied customer because I keep finding things loose and having to order screws for my truck online. Don’t know why my gas nozzle neck was missing all screws just dangling heard it hitting my fender wall. Had a scratch fixed on the other side NO reason to take things loose on this side. I’ll have to go over my truck end to end looking for things missing. Carlos told me the Truck was ready outside until I got inside NO sir we was gonna pull your truck back in and spot check everything! 🐂 💩! U can see for yourself in

Easy to communicate with. The repair looked good. They even detailed the car. They made it easy to drop off the rental. I just left the rental there and they made arrangements to get the car picked up. Throughout the repair process they kept me updated via text. Most important is that they had it completed on the day they promised.

Recommended by my insurance company, and they did an excellent job. Dealing with Carlos was great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place if someone asked about having or needing body shop work done.
