My experience was pro-royalty. As a Single woman/mother I felt confident that my vehicle was going to be serviced properly without being overcharged or ripped off. I was sent photos throughout & communication was top tier. I appreciated the additional suggestions and advice provided to me upon leaving to better extend my vehicles maintenance as well. Highly recommend and will return as needed. Overly satisfied with the services, satisfactory in all areas.

This was my first time at Driven, and I’ll be back in the future. The staff were friendly and trustworthy. They didn’t pressure me into any services. I received a text with findings/photos after they inspected my car as well as a phone call. They gave me an estimate and time to think things over. Again no pressure which I appreciate. Prices were absolutely fair, and they finished front and back brake work in less than 24 hours. Great communication! Highly recommend!

I’ve been here twice now for oil changes, and they also replaced some tire components for me. The environment is welcoming and the people are genuinely great. They’re fair, honest, and never try to upsell or recommend work that doesn’t actually need to be done. I trust their work and their pricing, which is hard to find. Highly recommend this place for any of your car needs.

Driven Auto Service took great care of my '02 BMW M3. I do most of the work on my car myself but with my busy schedule I trusted Brian and team to replace the steering rack, valve cover gasket, and a few other things that needed to be addressed. 2nd Experience review After two very unhappy experiences at South East Austin Audi, because of their deceitful and extortion tactics. I wanted to find an independent Audi auto service company that I could trust and rely on. After recently moving to Buda, Texas, I was lucky enough to discover Driven Auto Service. My first experience with them was excellent having had an oil change and some inspection services at a very reasonable price. My next experience was a bit more complex when another Audi Q7 I own which was had major air-conditioning and heating problems I took my vehicle and met with Brian of Driven Auto Service, who was very upfront and honest in my opinion.
