When I walked into this automotive repair shop, I was instantly greeted by the owner and employees. I went in for a routine oil change along with some maintenance . I was so happy with how friendly and fast the service was. I was in and out within an hour, I even got popcorn while I waited! This is officially my new mechanic shop and it’s a local business! Communication was clear and honest, the turnaround time was very reasonable, and the transmission replacement was done professionally and thoroughly. Brad Hullum and his team are the real deal. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, welcoming, and clearly focused on customer service, not just getting cars in and out. They took the time to explain what they were going to do, checked over my vehicle, and let me know about a couple of things to keep an eye on in the future without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need.
