Driven Import Auto Care

We have an Audi A6 and VW Passat. Both vehicles failed emissions. We brought both of them in and we able to get the help we needed. The website is easy to use. The people are very nice and understanding. Its very easy to get an appointment! Even though they are closed on the weekend, they will do everything possible to get you the service you need in a time that works! Thanks!

What a refreshing change from the over-priced dealer! Charla and the team listened to our issues, validated them by driving the vehicle, and performed the work efficiently and affordably. Charla was in constant contact with us. There were no surprises. The shop is nice, clean, well organized, and has a great waiting area. I highly recommend this place.

Driven Import Auto Care did a great job with my car. They handled some pretty big repairs (rear diff, front brakes, and spark plugs) and got everything done faster than I expected. Communication was clear the whole time, and it was obvious that they cared about doing things right. As someone who really cares about their car, I was very impressed. I cannot say enough great things about Josh and the entire team at Driven Import Auto. My son’s new BMW was having issues, I immediately called Driven Import Auto. Josh answered the phone with such a calm, reassuring tone. He listened to my concerns and told me to bring the vehicle by that morning. They immediately did an inspection and found two major issues with the vehicle. We had purchased an extended warranty at the credit union and gave the information to Josh to help file a claim. The warranty company came and inspected the vehicle, but initially denied the claim. Josh gave us advice to try to reach the warranty company as the policy holder and it ended up resulting in them covering the issues. Josh handled everything amazingly. Was sent here due to Carvana preferred shop with a newly purchased car, customer service was excellent. Issue was actually covered by a Honda warranty situation so instead of me having to drive pick up car and take to Honda they sent it there for me. Huge help! Great communication both in person and via phone.
