I have been a good customer for over 2 years. I make my payments every to weeks for the past 2 years on time and 97% of the time I pay it early! I wanted a other vehicle and I did the app did everything I was told to do and they up and wont talk to me . That Supervisor there wont even txt or call me . Thats the thanks I get for being a good customer. They dont care or treat them good . They treat you like your nothing but heaven forbid if you miss a pament they will be calling no stop to get it . Its under Raymond and Staci Brown ! But the vehicle. I got is a 2008 nissan frontier...... I got it September 2023 I also made another payment today and guess what ? It was early ........

This is the first dealership I’ve been to in ten years that’s made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Had hiccups early but they didn’t leave me hanging like the previous dealership I bought three cars from! Keep up the good work and thank you so much for my Camaro.

I have never in my life had such a positive experience buying a car. They really treat you like a real person. You aren't just someone they can screw over to be able to repo and resell. Shandie is the absolute best. If you keep your word and do exactly what you say you will she will work with you on absolutely anything. I'm about to pay off my car and I will be going with Drive Now again for my next purchase. When they say they treat you like family they mean it. They took a chance on me! Covid hit my credit hard and everyone else told me no but they gave me a chance and I will forever be grateful. Even if you don't need buy here pay here financing I would still recommend Drive Now for your purchase. My car is running like a top! I will never buy from anyone else again! And Shandie... Than

I knew I would be paying well above actual value of vehicle and high interest. I didn't know I'd be getting a vehicle that needs thousands of dollars of work. Days after driving off the lot I lost brakes bc my rear brake caliper wasn't attached. They fought with me but fixed it. There is a giant rusted out hole in exhaust that they claim wasn't there 2 weeks prior when I bought it and say it isn't covered. It's now running rough and check engine light came on. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want a really high monthly payment for a vehicle you still have to put in the shop.

Went through this dealership years ago, was honestly happy to get into a used "new car" but that used "new car" was more expensive than an actual new car. APR is incredibly high here, and management isn't very professional. Used to love coming to DriveNow when it went by a different name. Now it's all about profit and not helping customers whatsoever. Had multiple problems with the car i had. I don't and won't recommend this dealership to anyone.
