I can’t say enough nice things about this team. Each time we’ve brought a vehicle in, they’ve done a great job explaining the issues and making us feel safe once we get the vehicle back. Our recent visit was more than what we thought but there were some significant issues. It definitely beats having to buy a new car.

I’m hesitant to leave this review because I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but since I won’t be returning, I feel it’s worth posting as a PSA. I had a blower motor that was obviously failing. I knew I could replace it myself for about $60 (non-OEM part), but I wanted a professional diagnosis anyway. That alone cost me $99, which I understand — time isn’t free. They came back with a quote of over $1,000 to replace the blower motor and the blower motor resistor. Over $1,000?! Let’s break this down. For my vehicle, an OEM blower motor is $95.50, and an OEM resistor is $68.54 (both genuine factory parts). That’s $164.04 in parts.
