Just Tires

I’ve been coming here for years, but since the change in name and ownership the experience just isn’t the same. I dropped my car off for a tire rotation because the front tires were wearing faster than the rear. Like most people, I had to arrange a ride and coordinate my day around it. I got a call saying the car was ready, picked it up, drove home, and realized nothing had been done. When I called, I was told the front tires were too worn to move to the rear and that I should was advised to buy new tires. I understand the safety reasoning, but no one explained that before pickup and nothing was mentioned when I checked out. What’s frustrating is I was fully prepared to buy a new set from them and even got pricing around $1,200. After this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewher

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this location. I came in simply to replace one front tire that had just stripped, but instead of helping me with what I asked for, I was repeatedly pressured about the condition of my other tires. It felt less like a safety concern and more like aggressive upselling. I feel like he was trying to take advantage of the fact I am young and a female. While I was there, I noticed a note on a notepad behind the counter that said “black ^bad women.” Another Black woman who walked in saw it as well and asked the employee what it meant. I had an emergency situation where I needed to be towed to the store from being ran off of the road and having two of my tires flattened as well as messed up rims. it was fairly late in the day but I called and talked to Zee Abdin the service manager and although they were almost closing Zee insisted that he would have me fixed up before closing and he did! As a single mom, not being able to go without a car and on a budget this store has always been fair to me. I highly recommend them, ask for Zee!

This is the place to go. Came by in a rush with a flat, and it was all handled quickly and with a very friendly and helpful staff. Glad to have a great shop locally, that we'll definitely be coming back to. Recommend!

I came in for a tier problem which was fixed. But I asked them to check a noise coming from my engine and Ray was awesome! He found the problem and showed me what was wrong. He and the manager went right away to call around and find the part that was needed to fix it and had it sent to them that day so when I got off work they could take care of it. Great experience and place to go, they are professional and experienced. Definitely recommend this place!
