Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had trading cars! I was interested in a couple of models I saw online and it took me 2 weeks to decide. I live a little over an hour away from the Pelham location but the sales manager and my salesman, Grant G, were patient and so awesome with answering my questions before I drove that way. Sixteen days later I made the decision to trade. It was the best experience I’ve ever had - and I’ve had plenty as this is my 13th car purchase! Had the very best experience today at Drivers Way with Carlton. I cannot recommend him enough and have nothing but great things to say about this car-buying experience. It was such a laid back process, and he was patient as I asked one million questions and test drove several cars. He and the manager even took the time to talk me through my financing options at no personal benefit to them to help me make the best decision for myself. I ended up with a great car at an extremely reasonable price. This dealership came highly recommended to me, and now I completely understand why!

Their car lot had such nice vehicles. They also make sure these cars are in top shape before selling. I went in on Sunday to test drive a car & I was in love with it. They let us take it to test drive and told us to take our time. It wasn’t quite ready to be sold yet, but they made it possible to have it ready by Tuesday! Their communication was perfect, they were able to communicate through text which also made everything easier. I came in, saw the car, signed papers, and was out! Super easy car buying process and everyone was so nice and professional. Thank you Grant and the manager who helped me today! I highly recommend
