DriveTime Used Cars

I purchased a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe from DriveTime on December 8, 2025, with under 100,000 miles. This was supposed to be my “start over” car during a very difficult time in my life. Instead, it has become a nightmare. Since purchasing the vehicle, it has left me stranded on the side of the road four separate times. The car has ongoing issues with shaking, sputtering, and engine failure symptoms. Two repairs were approved through their warranty company (SilverRock), yet the problems never stopped. I paid around $7,000 for the warranty, only to find out that SilverRock will only send the vehicle to tire and brake shops, not the manufacturer. Every visit costs a $100 deductible, and if I wanted to take it to Hyundai, the deductible jumps to $350. After three days of nonstop calls and finally

It took me a couple of days and at least four different test drives near the vehicles, but I had to say that Miss Shonda did an amazing job. He was very patient and very thorough..
