Hayden is the man I went in with buying a ford focus hatchback that I saw online and within 3 hours I was walking out either it. Hayden made my buying experience amazing until this other sales guy (RICO) started to act very unprofessional towards him in front of the other customers and I, he said and I quote, “if I talked shit to you”, then that’s when the main sales guy interrupted him. I’ve worked as a store manager before for autozone and advance auto and would have instantly written up Rico and sent him home for the day. Please tell Hayden I said thank you!!! He was amazing, as for RICO he needs to grow up and stop acting like that.
