Had my transmission replaced here in April of 2023. In December of 2025, it went out again after only 10k miles. I am out of the 12 month warranty on the work, but 10k miles is WAY too soon for a transmission to go out again. Called Don to see if he would work with me on it because it went out so fast. Absolutely not. He blamed me for it going out, saying I abused it. He wouldn’t even look at it. Decide if 2 and a half years is worth the $4000 rebuild before you go.
Don is a rare breed of fair, knowledgeable, and nice! Got my truck in at a convenient time, and had my differential as good as new within a couple of days at a great price. Would highly recommend!!
Dropped Jeep off the evening before a holiday weekend and it was ready Monday. He diagnosed the transmission issue to a simple hose replacement and charged me $150. He also noticed that I had a drain on my battery so he disconnected the battery terminal so when my wife arrived he could just reconnect it and she'd be charged and ready to go. He was super friendly and I'd definitely go there again and recommend him to others. Just good old fashioned honest quality.
