We were stranded on the highway after getting an expensive brake job done in Parker, Colorado because the right front wheel was literally falling off. After getting towed to his business, Trak Automotive, Todd assessed the situation, (loose lugs improperly installed). He was extremely professional, understanding and saved us from a catastrophic accident while driving up to Crested Butte. I would HIGHLY recommend this business for an honest, highly qualified and educated automotive shop.

We have had a couple of our vehicles serviced there for normal maintenance as well as emergency repairs. In all instances, they didn’t try to sell us unneeded repairs and their prices are very fair. We will continue to use them as our go to repair shop.

This place is amazing! Customer service, diagnostics, repairs and pricing are all amazing! I scheduled a diagnostic and repair and knew I would have to leave my truck all day so ,Todd, the owner gave me a ride home to Bailey which I greatly appreciated. I had multiple issues I needed addressed and fully expected to have to schedule another day to have everything finished but Todd and crew were able to diagnose and fix everything in 1 day. I was pleasantly surprised at the pricing as well. I just can't say enough good about this place and Mobil 1(also Todd's business) where I've taken my truck for several years now for oil changes. I'll never take my truck anywhere else for my oil changes or repairs. If you need work done on your vehicle this is the place to go!

Traveling with my grandsons and had an issue. This shop is amazing! They were so kind and ready to help despite being slammed with work! I got the answers I needed and was back safely on the road in minutes. We own an automotive shop as well and it was very refreshing to find a shop with such high customer service standards! Highly recommend!
